The police reported an incident of a house in Otjomuise, Khomas region that got robbed over the weekend. It is reported that the suspect allegedly broke into the house and stole goods worth N$88 000.
No recovery of goods and arrests were made. Police investigations continue.
In another incident, a victim allegedly got robed of goods worth N$10 800 on Friday after waiting for a taxi to take him to work in the morning.
It is alleged that an unknown suspect walked passed him while the other suspect took out a pistol and demanded everything the victim had. No recovery or arrests were made.
The police also reported a theft case of a car grill that got stolen on Friday in Wanaheda. It is alleged that the suspect used an unknown object to open the victim’s vehicle and took a grill valued at N$8 500 without the owner’s consent.
Another housebreaking incident also happened in Wanaheda on Friday when a suspect used an unknown object to break into the victim’s house and allegedly took goods valued at around N$36 500.
